How to Make Easy Low Carb Keto Brownies.

This incredible brownie recipe has been my favorite for months. Today, I decided to add my other favorite thing to the mix.

CBD (cannabidiol)

With almond flour being a great keto option (coconut flour works as well) and incorporating CBD isolate, a great tool in your toolbox for relaxing at the end of the night... or just because you love brownies as much as I do.

Ingredients


Get yourself some:


  • 1 cup fine almond flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp dutch cocoa or additional regular

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Half a bottle of your favorite CBD isolate, oil/water-based/powder

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • 3 tbsp water or additional oil

  • 2 eggs, or 2 flax eggs

  • 2/3 cup granulated erythritol or regular sugar

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


(Any kind of sugar will work, go as healthy as you'd like)

Instructions



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch pan, or line with parchment. Mix all ingredients well.


  1. Spread evenly into the pan. Smooth down, using a second sheet of parchment if needed. Bake 20 minutes on the center rack

Cannabis Infused Cream

Cheese Glaze

Get yourself some:


  • Half a cup, room temp. cream cheese.

  • Three tablespoons of milk.

  • Half a teaspoon vanilla.

  • Cannabis extract.

  • Pinch of salt.

  • One and a half cups icing sugar.

What to do:


  • Blend all ingredients very well scouping in circular motions, adding a beautiful fluff to the cream. Serve and enjoy.
