Bisabolol, or more formally α-(−)-bisabolol.

This terpene is not as commonly found in cannabis as other terpenes and is most abundantly found in the essential oil, German chamomile as well as the bark of the Candeia (Vanillosmopsis erythropappa) tree of Brazil.

Giving off its well known, light, fresh floral aromas and flavors this terpenoid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids.
